How can I place an order?

Contact us for prices and to request an order form. When you receive it, fill out the form with the codes of the cards you want, the greeting – e.g. open birthday/age /relation, and quantity of cards desired.

I don’t speak Welsh – how can I order Welsh cards? 

Just put whatever the English equivalent is of the sentiment you want e.g. Sister, Husband, Get well, etc and we will translate it into Welsh for you.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum order, but p & p of £5 is charged on orders under £120 (net value of the order)
Cards come in multiples of six.

How do I pay?

For your first order a pro-forma invoice will be emailed to you requesting payment a day or two before your order is despatched.  Thereafter, terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice.  Payment may be made by bank transfer or cheque.

How soon will I get my cards?

In order to give full flexibility of choosing the sentiment/age/relations on each design, all cards are printed to order.  This does mean lead time is usually about 3 weeks.  If any part of your order is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you quickly.
